ICCR started a unique initiative Pratibha Sangam Competition (PSC) from 2022 to showcase the prowess of foreign nationals and PIO's who are passionate, dedicated, and actively promoting Indian classical dance and music forms in their respective countries. The Council conducted its 2nd PSC 2023 from 5th Oct to 24 Nov 2023 where we received 148 valid entries under the 7 genres of Dance and Music in Bharatnatyam, Kathak, Odissi, Hindustani (vocal and instrumental), and Carnatic (vocal and instrumental). Jury members selected the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Winners in each genre. A list of winners is attached for reference. An ensemble of 13 winners out of 15 invited winners from 7 countries was arranged to present their performances on the occasion of ICCR Foundation Day along with the presentation of ICCR foreign students.
